• Prior Authorization: Submitting mandatory clinical paperwork through the secure TMHP state portal to verify coverage eligibility.

• Zero Sharing: We will never sell, lease, disclose, or distribute your medical status, diagnoses, or personal identity details to any outside third-party marketing firms or fashion hair vendors.

4. Your Legal Rights Under HIPAA

As a patient, you maintain complete ownership rights over your personal health records. At any time, you have the right to request a digital or physical copy of all medical profiles and insurance invoices generated by Picasso Wigs under your name. You also reserve the right to revoke your data transmission consent at any time; please note that revoking data permissions will immediately cancel any active, pending claims or prior authorizations with Texas Medicaid.
